Founder of Rishikesh Yog DhamIlu Sharma is the founder of Rishikesh Yog retreats. She was born and brought up in Madhya Pradesh. She has completed her graduation in biotechnology from IPS Academy Indore. She's always keenly interested in yoga following her interest she came to know that Rishikesh is the capital of yoga. she came to Rishikesh to pursue her master's degree and completed her master's in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. She has also completed her 500 hours in the Yoga TTC and 100 hours in pre and postnatal from Rishikesh and also earned her diploma in Panchkarma.

Yogini Vanshika Ji
Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, MeditationVanshika Ji is a certified yoga instructor with over 8 years of experience in dedicated yoga practice. She holds a Bachelor degree in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali and is trained in both 200 and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
She has represented yoga at national and regional levels as a 4-time SGFI yoga sports player. Vanshika Ji completed her 500-hour YTTC from Rishikesh Yog Dham and has also conducted various online yoga sessions to support students across different levels.Her teaching expertise lies in the Ashtanga series, advanced yoga asanas, and deep meditation practices. She focuses on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, offering inclusive classes for all age groups from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Purva Ji specializes in Ashtanga series, advanced yoga asanas, and meditation techniques. She is also a certified Face Yoga instructor.

Yogi Bhupendra Ji
Pranyama, MeditationBhupendra Ji was born in a very small village in the central range of the Himalayas, hence he found a unique yogic environment in his village. Many yogis (sages) used to practice yoga there, they learned some basic principles of yoga from those sages.
So he has been practicing yoga (mainly shatkarma, asana pranayam and meditation) since childhood, he deepened his study and practice on pranayam and meditation through various texts and commentaries. He also met some modern yoga teachers and shared the knowledge.
