Yogic Accommodation - Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher training in Rishikesh India offers the best experience to live life like a yogi. While keeping simplicity to its best, we have considered all those basic requirements needed by a modern-day yogi. The location of Rishikesh Yog Dham and its natural surroundings make your training even more inspiring, with the accommodation provided clean and comfortable. At Rishikesh Yog Dham we offer food that best suits a Yogis food sense of sustaining life.
Ayurvedic food on the lines of Satvic gunnas is incorporated in our day to day meals. Our chefs are highly experienced, and only wholesome vegetarian plant-based Food is served. Locally grown food from Rishikesh is served three times a day as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Any special dietary requirements must be informed to the management at the time of reservation and/or arrival.

Fees vary by course length and room type. As a guide: our 200 Hour YTT typically starts from around USD 1,200 with shared accommodation, the 300 Hour YTT from around USD 1,500, and the 500 Hour YTT from around USD 2,600 - all inclusive of accommodation and three sattvic meals per day. What kind of food is served at the yoga retreat?
We serve three sattvic vegetarian meals per day - breakfast, lunch and dinner - prepared on Ayurvedic principles using locally grown produce from Rishikesh. The menu is 100% plant-based, avoids onion and garlic (as per traditional yogic diet), and can be adjusted for vegan, gluten-free or specific dietary needs on request at the time of booking.
What are the accommodation options shown in the gallery?
We offer two main options: a private single room with attached bathroom, and a twin-shared room on a shared basis with attached bathroom. All rooms include bed linen, blankets, pillows, Wi-Fi, filtered drinking water and hot shower water - visible across the accommodation carousel at the top of this page.
Is Rishikesh safe for solo female travellers and international students?
Yes, Rishikesh is widely considered one of the safest destinations in India for solo female travellers and international yoga students. Our campus in Tapovan is a residential, alcohol-free, yoga-focused environment. Students from over 40 countries - including many solo women - regularly attend our courses and retreats each year.
How do I reach Rishikesh from Delhi airport?
From Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in Delhi you can reach Rishikesh by: (1) direct road transfer, about 5-6 hours by private taxi; (2) domestic flight to Dehradun (DED / Jolly Grant) which is only 20 km from Rishikesh; or (3) train from Delhi (NDLS) to Haridwar station, then a 45-minute taxi. We can arrange airport pickup on request.
Do you provide a visa invitation letter for foreign students?
Yes. Once you confirm your booking with a deposit, we issue an official invitation letter on our school letterhead to support your Indian tourist visa (or student visa where applicable). Most international yoga students arrive on a standard e-Tourist visa. Please contact us at least 4-6 weeks before your course start date.
