200 Hour Yoga TTC Schedule in Rishikesh
Daily Schedule - 200 Hour Yoga TTC Rishikesh
A typical day at Rishikesh Yog Retreats starts with a soul-warming herbal drink/tea to kick-start the body metabolism needed for the whole day's activities at the 200 Hour Yoga TTC in Rishikesh. Followed by the morning gathering comes cleansing of the mind and body through Shatkarma or yogic cleansing. The Morning Yoga practice begins with a small session of Soul Healing (Mantra and Meditation).
Morning Yoga practice is all about the self-realization of the body, understanding its limits, and pushing oneself to overcome the limitations of the mind. This pivotal experience consists of practising different forms of Yoga - Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga primary series - to give insight into all significant forms of yoga.
The mid-day consists of understanding the human body through the anatomical point of view and a relaxing meditation hour just before lunch.
Lunch is followed by a quick rest time and then comes one of the most exciting parts of the yoga TTC - Yoga Philosophy. The TTC day ends with Yoga Teaching Methodology class and a light Satvik dinner.
The course dives deeper from the second week onwards with a lot of practical hands-on assisting, one-on-one teaching, and understanding key alignment and its applications. Week 4 is all about practicum and final assessments.
Upon successful completion of yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, you will graduate as a Yoga Teacher, enabling you to register with Yoga Alliance USA and teach anywhere in the world or open your own yoga studio.

Rishikesh Yog Retreats provides a perfect and safe environment to work on your yoga practice and inner self healing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this yoga school, and as a fairly new yoga practitioner I learned so much during my 200h which I have built upon in my everyday life. The schedule is tiring to begin with but as the weeks go on it becomes easier and enjoyable being up at sunrise. The staff are all lovely and supportive and the food is lovely. The accommodation is comfortable and it's great to have your own space. I would recommend this yoga school to anyone and hope to be back one day in the near future.
