A typical day at Rishikesh Yog Retreats during the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training starts with a soul-warming herbal tea to kickstart the body metabolism. This is followed by Shatkarma - yogic cleansing practices - and a Soul Healing session (Mantra and Meditation).
Morning yoga practice focuses on self-realization - understanding the body's limits and pushing past mental limitations. This pivotal experience covers advanced forms of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga Primary & Secondary Series, with deeper focus on alignment, adjustments, and subtle body awareness than in the 200 Hour program.

The deposit paid is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen emergencies, early exit from course, or no-show - the fee shall not be refunded.
However, a student may rearrange their plans and enroll within the next 3 months to complete the YTTC. Failing to do so will result in the fees/deposit being forfeited. Under no scenario will management refund the deposit or fees once paid.

Plan your arrival and departure well within your visa limits. You are expected to be at Rishikesh Yog Retreats by 4:00 PM the day before the course begins. The orientation ceremony is held at 5:00 PM.
We arrange cab pickup from Delhi IGI Airport (approx. $70 USD) and Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport (approx. $20 USD). We will request your flight details one month before the course start date.
Travel time: Delhi to Rishikesh - approx. 6 hours by road; Dehradun Airport to Rishikesh - approx. 45 minutes. Students depart the center the day after the graduation ceremony, post-breakfast.

Yes. Rishikesh Yog Retreats provides all yogic tools needed for the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training - including yoga mats, straps, bricks, bolsters, and all other required props. You do not need to bring your own equipment.
