200 Yoga TTC
It is not easy to decide in which yoga school in Rishikesh you should follow your teacher training. If you choose Rishikesh Yog Dham, you get the best teachers: they are all very knowledgeable, specialized and skilled. They know what they are talking about. You can really ask them anything. Just like the management. If you need something or there is a problem: every effort is made to help you. All the people who are working or helping there are very friendly and sweet. The rooms in Rishikesh Yog Dham are clean and cosy and all other spaces are well maintained. After the training I came back again for extra lessons and also after that I got all the answers to my yoga questions remotely. I feel all set to be a teacher!

Rishikesh yog dham provides a perfect and safe environment to work on your yoga practice and inner self healing. I thourgly enjoyed my time at this yoga school, and as a fairly new yoga practitioner I learned so much during my 200h which I have built upon in my everyday life. The schedule is tiring to begin with but as the weeks goes on it becomes easier and enjoyable being up at sunrise having your days planned out. The staff are all lovely and supportive and the food is lovely and you'll never go hungry however I would have loved a little more fresh veggies throughout the course. The accommodation is comfortable and it's great to have your own space to retire to after a difficult yoga class or tiresome day! I would recommend this yoga school to anyone and hope to be back one day in the near future... I miss Rishikesh and the yog dham so much!

Rishikesh Yog Dham has given me an experience of lifetime. From the yoga classes, to the alignment classes, anatomy classes and meditation classes, I am taking so much from them all. The place in itself is so amazing, clean and tidy and animal friendly! Food was always given so much thought into, perfect-balanced diet! Such a friendly environment. If given a chance, I would like to be there every month. I cannot miss the excursions Arwind Sir took us to himself. If one wishes to learn and teach yoga and fall in love with it, this inspirational place is the one. Go for it!!
